Automation in Metalworking Fluid Optimization and Management

March 19, 2025 |

Attendees will learn from real case studies how automating fluid management on the shop floor optimizes fluid life cycles, minimizes waste and reduce total cost of ownership.

Mismanaging metalworking fluids manually, such as coolants and lubricants, can result in increased costs due to overconsumption, unnecessary downtime, reduced tool life and lower productivity. Implementing suitable automated monitoring and control technologies can prevent these issues, enhancing productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.

In this webinar, Quaker Houghton experts will discuss key considerations for selecting automation technologies that offer more practical and accurate methods for measuring and controlling metalworking fluids while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
