The company’s 3D measurement systems cover a variety of portable measurement applications and enable direct production environment inspection.
The HandyProbe arm-free 3D probing system and the MetraScan 3D laser scanner are designed to provide 3D control for manufactured parts inspection. The VXtrack dynamic measurement module enables users to drive assembly operations, because it can simultaneously and continuously measure positions and orientations. This makes it possible to control displacements and measure deformations.
With the Handyscan 3D handheld 3D scanners, large and small parts can be digitized with an accuracy measuring to 0.040 mm. The portable scanner can be used for CAD comparison, 3D inspection, reverse engineering and finite element analysis (FEA), among others.
The company’s measurement systems are completely portable and insensitive to work environment vibrations. They also generate high accuracy in the production and workshop area.
