Three different systems for automation have been added to the HBZ CompactCell HMC to help reduce downtimes. The stand-alone center can be expanded with a supplementary setup station and a crane for palette changes; a space-saving automated system on rails; and a palette rack, which is an extension of the system on rails and enables storage of multiple pallets in a rack in front of the machine. The automated solutions can be adapted individually to table lengths in scaling of 2, 3 and 4 m.
