CBN-plated grinding wheels for gear and form grinding are now offered for use with or without the manufacturer’s own form-grinding machines. The line includes CBN-plated form grinding wheels for discontinuous profile grinding of involute gears, rotors and other special profiles. These form-grinding wheels can produce both internal and external profiles. CBN-plated cylindrical worms and diamond-plated Coroning tools are also offered. The worms are used for continuous grinding of involute gears. The Coroning rings are used for continuous honing of involute gears.
