The CentraSep 2006 SP is a fully automated industrial centrifuge designed to solve complex filtration problems in a variety of processes, including EDM, stamping, washers, grinding, honing and more. Process fluids include coolants, phosphate baths, synthetics, semi-synthetics and other aqueous fluids. According to the company, the centrifuge’s capabilities exceed not only traditional media filtration solutions, but also separation capabilities of older, two-motor-style centrifuges. With its 10-hp motor, the centrifuge is capable of producing 2,012G and removing particle to the submicron range while requiring only a 5 × 5 ft footprint.
