Designed as an alternative to a traditional, dedicated gaging system, the Equator offline measurement system is capable of high speed comparative gaging of high-volume manufactured parts. The lightweight gage offers increased repeatability as well as “push-button” simplicity, the company says. The system is designed to quickly switch between parts, making it well-suited for flexible manufacturing processes, the company says. It can also accept parts from multiple machines.
The company highlights a range of process control solutions designed for lean practices. Also on display at the show will be the company’s SLM250 selective laser melting machine, QC20-W wireless ballbar, AxiSet Check-Up machine tool testing and calibration system, PH20 five-axis probe for CMMs, CMM retrofits and software, OMV Pro software, and Resolute encoder.
