The Hi-FeedMidi family of high-feed milling cutters from Ingersoll Cutting Tools is based on the company’s Hi-FeedMini, but is capable of a 0.060" depth of cut. The cutters are available in high-density end mill, modular head and face mill styles with through coolant. They features positive-rake face angles, four insert indexes, rigid clamping and high tensile screws to provide efficient, cost-effective machining, the company says. The cutters are suitable for die-mold and aerospace applications as well as general purpose machining.
