The Power-Feed+Mini high feed cutter from Ingersoll Cutting Tools features a high speed geometry with a double-sided, four-edged insert. The through-coolant cutter bodies are constructed of premium alloy steel materials. The cutter is suited for high speed roughing at lighter depths of cut.
Engineered to deliver economy, strength and performance, the high speed insert also features a strong cutting edge, the company says. The infusion of the Power-Feed+ cutting technology into a smaller insert ensures high feed capabilities with higher insert densities in smaller-diameter end mills.
