Zoller Inc. reintroduces its zidCode 4.0 live with a new feature — the FANUC FOCAS Interface. The company states this interface possesses all the same great benefits of Zoller zidCode 4.0 — seamless data transfer, direct to the machine control, and consistently great accuracy. The only noted difference is the ability to communicate more efficiently with the machine controller directly. Thanks to the FOCAS interface, Zoller says all customers need to do is scan QR codes on their tools, and the data is automatically populated into the data table on the controller with no additional steps required.
The FOCAS Interface with zidCode 4.0 enables data transmission when the controller is locked — providing an added layer of security when transmitting data. Zoller says the days of fat-fingering errors are gone when customers can simply scan with zidCode 4.0 and go. More information and scheduled, live demonstrations are available on Zoller’s website.
