The Lean-Jet RT-18 parts washer from Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group, features a cellular design and an improved drive system for flexibility. The robotically tended washer not only provides planetary part rotation at each processing station, but also enables each individual table to be programmed to rotate a part in multiple directions, at varying speeds, or to pause and position a part for dedicated spraying or probing. Table position can be tracked throughout the cycle and parts can be positively located at the load and unload station, making the system well-suited to an automated manufacturing cell.

Accommodating a range of part sizes, weights and geometries, the parts washer can process a single part or table of parts every 30 seconds, depending on the application, the company says. The machine can be configured to provide rinsing and cooling capabilities as well as washing and drying. In addition, the washer is available with an Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC and HMI package.
