CGTech’s Vericut V7.3 software is designed to simulate, verify and optimize CNC machining. It can operate independently or integrate with CAM systems. The software’s simulation capabilities enable detecting collisions and near-misses between machine tool components such as axis slides, heads, turrets, rotary tables, spindles, toolchangers, fixtures, workpieces, cutting tools and other user-defined objects. Machine movements can be simulated while stepping or playing backwards in the Review Mode.
The software also works with Vericut Reviewer to enable shopfloor personnel, suppliers, customers and production engineers to view animations of the CNC machining process. The stand-alone viewer can play forward and backward while removing and replacing material. Its files can be played on a tablet device.
