The GrindSmart 620XS is a six-axis grinder incorporating a direct-drive spindle for low vibration during heavy stock removal. An updated version of the VirtualGrind software suite features a grinding simulation option. Machine and wheel movements are built into the simulator, allowing for optimized grinding cycle and collision testing. Whether manufacturing drills, step drills, end mills, micro end mills, micro drills, reamers, or surgical, dental or punching tools, the machine can grind work ranging from 0.002" to 5/8" in diameter.
