Twinternal grinding centers from Cincinnati Machines feature Meehanite castings; dynamic thermal control for stability and accuracy; and a Fanuc 18i CNC. Swivel A and B axes and twin grinding heads allow multiple grinding jobs in one setup. The grinders also have linear scales for the X axis; a 7" three-jaw scroll chuck; a coolant system with magnetic separator; and an automatic lubrication system. The grinding centers are completely enclosed and there is a two-way automatic diamond wheel dresser unit. Optional items include a paper filter; power chuck; adjustable three-point steady rest; extra grinding wheelheads; automatic door opener; an oil mist collector; and more. 聽
