Cincinnati Incorporated Names Timothy Warning as President
Cincinnati Incorporated has appointed Timothy L. Warning as its new president and CEO. He also joins the company’s board of directors.

Cincinnati Incorporated (CI) is pleased to name Timothy L. Warning as president and chief executive officer, effective November 30, 2020. Tim has also joined CI’s board of directors.
Tim has a strong track record of building skilled and innovative teams to bring growth and profitability to the companies he has served. He spent 20 years growing businesses for Occidental Chemical Corporation and 16 years doing so for various Dover Corporation companies.
“It is both an honor and a privilege to lead a great Cincinnati company with such a rich history,” Tim says. “CI’s reputation for high-quality and long-lasting durable machines is widely known throughout the industry, as is its commitment to the well-being of its employees.”
