Komet of America has announced that its company name has changed to Ceratizit Chicago Inc. as of July 27, 2018. The company’s new name reflects its recent acquisition and integration into the global Ceratizit Group, known and recognized for high-quality products and a structured organization.
According to the company, the name change will not impact current terms and contracts or its commitment to customers and partners. The company will keep the brand name Komet for its products as well as its website, komet.com.
Along with the change in company name, the company will be adopting the Ceratizit corporate identity, including a change to employees’ email format to [firstname].[lastname]@ceratizit.com.
