Methods Machine Tools Inc. has signed an agreement , enabling the company to expand into N.D., S.D., Minn., Iowa and Neb. The two companies have worked together since 2013, and over the last two years, Maruka has shifted its focus on manufacturing solutions using Methods Machine Tools products and automated solutions. Maruka has reportedly grown substantially year-over-year as a result.

Methods has put together a comprehensive transition plan to minimize the change from Methods’ current dealer to Maruka, with the goal of minimizing impact on customers. From now through December 8, 2021, Methods’ current dealer will continue to handle all sales, service and support in N.D., S.D., Minn., Iowa and Neb, until Maruka takes on the role of exclusive dealer for that territory on December 9, 2021.

Maruka also owns Industrial Tool Inc. (ITI), a Minneapolis-based company that specializes in fixture building, custom machines, automation and full turn-key capabilities for machine tending and associated processes.
