Weldon Solutions Promotes Grinder Sales Manager

Weldon Solutions, a manufacturer of CNC grinders and robotic automation systems, announces changes to its grinder sales team as the company continues to expand its workforce. The York, Pennsylvania-based company has promoted Ben Cornbower, a sales engineer and 15-year employee, to manager of grinder sales. He succeeds longtime director of sales and marketing, Denny Rowe, who has retired after 26 years with Weldon.
Mr. Cornbower joined Weldon Solutions in 2004 as an applications engineer. In 2019, he became a sales engineer. He began his career at Form Tool Technology as a tooling engineer before taking a role as a CNC programmer with Gerhardt USA.
Since transitioning to employee ownership in 1999 under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Weldon Solutions has doubled its workforce to 40 people. Through investments in technologies and people, Weldon Solutions is said to be committed to greater growth.
