Designed for ease of use, the XT-3000 automates the sharpening of drills, countersinks, brad points, left-hand drills and more. To use, the operator aligns the drill and pushes start, which enables the auto sharpener to regrind the bit to ANSI standards. To limit downtime, the auto sharpener monitors the number of sharpenings and alerts the user as to when he or she needs to perform regular maintenance.
The company offers a full line of sharpeners, from the V-390 for smaller shops, to a precision end mill sharpener, to a fully automated, four-axis CNC sharpener.
