Ingersoll’s Finish-Ball Rush ballnose cutters are designed to increase machining performance. The cutters range in size from 3/8" to 1 1/4" for ballnose and 3/8" to 1", with various corner radii, for backdraft-blade types.
According to the company, a well-engineered clamping system, an optimized through-tool coolant delivery system (Top-On style), and various cutting geometries increase performance in 3D machining operations.
