The Rebel 80 Servo V3 is a compact bar loading system for CNC lathes. With a large magazine capacity allowing for long unattended operation, the Rebel combines the advantages of auto bar loading with a small footprint and an economical price. This unit is for processing bars in the diameter range of 8 – 80 mm and in lengths as long as 1,520 mm (5 ft.) on CNC lathes.
User friendly software delivers fast setup on easier jobs, advanced features for more sophisticated demands. Other features include subspindle mode, return and wait mode, fixed-piece feedout, multiple feedout mode, and optional shaft loading. These features provide an efficient, off-the-shelf loading system for high-production shaft jobs. Conversational control features include touchscreen and Menu Driven Programming. The axial shift allows for spindle liner changes and maintenance access to the back of the lathe spindle. Incline is adjustable for “easy load” of large-diameter bars.
