GenSwiss Dual Port coolant-through toolholders feature a single coolant feed line and a double-jet design with one port on the front and one on the back. According to the company, the design enables simultaneous delivery of high-pressure cutting oil to the insert tip and an adjacent station, keeping chips out of the cutting zone for optimal lubrication and cooling. In addition, the two ports on a single holder deliver more high-pressure streams without monopolizing feed lines from the high-pressure pump. The holders are designed for pressures ranging to 2,000 psi and are offered in 1/2" and 5/8" square-shank stock sizes. The holders are suitable for use with 80- and 55-degree Utilis inserts in CCMT/CCGT and DCGT/DCMT styles, respectively, as well as other Swiss-type cutting tools.
