Meister Abrasives will be displaying products that can be custom-tailored for grinding quality, precision and productivity. Products on display include the company’s HPL anti-friction abrasive products, which are formulated to eliminate part burning while maintaining grinding productivity. The company’s hybrid-bonded, long-lasting precision dressing tools are said to reduce process variability while improving quality and productivity. Double-disc, fine-grinding wheel products can be customized for grinding ultra-flat and parallel surfaces. Swiss-quality, vitrified cubic boron nitride (CBN) and diamond abrasive wheels range to 1,225 mm (approximately 4 ft.) in diameter.
The company also offers custom-tailored grinding and dressing products to resolve issues facing the automotive, fuel injection, aerospace, bearing, medical, energy and semi-conductor manufacturing industries.
