Riten Industries’s Quick Point dead centers complement the company’s Quick Point live centers. Interchangeable points install quickly and reduce the need for several centers. The components can be purchased separately or come as a complete set, which includes a dead center, tracer point, bull-nose point, carbide-tip point, male point, half point and a point extractor. The company says that accuracy is guaranteed to ± 0.0002.
The company will also display a line of dead centers for Mazak CNC lathes manufactured with Mazak’s taper. Selections include steel or carbide-tipped points, and the company says that accuracy is guaranteed to ±0.00005.Related Content
