The company’s offering of EDM, hole popper and waterjet technologies includes the FA10S Advance wire EDM, the EA12V sinker EDM, the ED2000M small-hole EDM drill and the DX44 waterjet.
 
The FA10S Advance wire EDM features the company’s M700 series control. The windows-based system provides a simple menu configuration for easy navigation on a 15" LCD touchscreen display.
 
The small-footprint EA12V Sinker incorporates a multi-position work tank that enables operators to set up while circulating the dielectric fluid. The E.S.P.E.R. II software can easily create programs for measuring, power settings for burning and orbital paths for finishing, the company says.
 
The ED2000M small-hole EDM drill’s low energy consumption combines high speed with low wear. The custom power supply generates no bullet nosing on the electrode, creating cleaner holes and quicker breakthroughs, the company says.
 

Designed to complement EDM technology, the DX44 waterjet features a 100,000-psi pump that is said to enable faster cutting and higher productivity. The machine also includes the company’s own controls and servo system.
