Techni Waterjet’s Quantum NXT ESP66 Dual electric servopump incorporates a servomotor that directly envelops a high-load precision ballscrew. The ballscrew houses the ceramic plungers, which reciprocate back and forth to create the pumping action, in much the same way as a hydraulic cylinder works on an intensifier pump, the company says.
Techni Waterjet will also be displaying its TJ3000-X3 waterjet cutting machine featuring linear scale feedback, and its rotary axis direct-drive motor assembly capable of positioning and contouring a workpiece to ±0.1 degrees accuracy.
