TDA Buddy offers custom end effectors for its line of industrial manipulators. Grippers, vacuum pick-up devices, C-frame tooling, core-grip roller handles, expanding mandrels, mechanical tooling, magnets and other devices are available The end effectors include mechanical and pneumatic grippers that are attached to the end of articulating or 3D manipulator arms. According to the company, the grippers are suitable for handling products including structural components; fragile parts; and large, heavy workpieces. The vacuum lifting systems are well-suited for picking and placing panel stampings, glass, heat-formed parts and other large workpieces to ease rack or pallet loading and unloading. Operators can safely adjust or retrieve out-of-position parts on presses with vacuum pickup devices.
