Fryer Machine Systems Inc.’s TC Series of machining centers are built on a rugged, one-piece base with a fixed table for high stability and large weight capacity. The design features models with vertical, horizontal or tilting spindles. The fixed table can hold table loads of more than 10,000 lbs. and is available with a built-in 24" or 32" flush rotary table. The high torque 40 and 50 taper spindles feature available CTS and gearbox. Y-axis travel is available in either 24" or 32" and X-axis travel is available in sizes ranging from 40"-320".
An optional center divider is available to create two separate work zones, which enables the machine to be used for dual zone manufacturing. TC machines are also available with a tilting head option for full five-axis operation.
The Fryer-Siemens CNC is designed to eliminate manual setups with “Do One” cycles that enable single cycle operation, no programming necessary. Users can automatically drill, tap, pocket and face one step at a time. Shopfloor programming in conversational mode is available for single piece runs and G-code programming is available for high production. Regenerative drives are also engineered to save on electricity.
Fryer TC machines are built for high-performance cutting, accuracy, reliability and ease of use. All axes are laser-calibrated and ball bar-verified with printed results shipped with every machine. They are designed for production, fabrication, mold making and repair facilities.
