Dynabrade’s air-powered, variable-speed pencil grinder adjusts from 35,000 to 60,000 rpm to suit a variety of precision grinding applications, including deburring, finishing and engraving. It is suitable for turbine blade, tool and die, medical implants and other applications.
The tool features a 1/8" collet, and accepts carbide burrs and mounted points. An adjustable flow control with a dial sets the speed, and the tool remains at the desired speed until it is changed. The spindle lock features a through-hole for quick accessory change. An overhose assembly helps direct air away from the operator, while the ergonomic tactile grip enables nonslip, comfortable operation, the company says.
