Omax’s Maxiem 1530 waterjet is equipped with a 30-hp, direct-drive, 50,000-psi pump. The machine features an X- and Y-axis traction drive system that is designed to handle an abrasive environment. Other features include a compact design, an abrasive nozzle assembly and a durable, abrasive feed system.
The waterjet is designed to provide manufacturers with speed, flexibility and efficiency. According to the company, the machine is ideal for fabrication shops; metal service centers; trade schools; job shops; and architectural, sign, stone and gasket shops.
