MP Systems will introduce its variable-volume Model VR8 High Pressure Coolant System (HPCS), which part of a line of HPCSs designed for durability and energy efficiency. The system uses only as much horsepower as is required to reach the required pressure, and automatic adjustments to gallons-per-minute output keeps that pressure consistent. Pressure can be adjusted from the system’s primary logic controller (PLC) and controlled by the machine’s M codes.
The units in the VR series have 50- or 70-gallon vertical reservoirs, depending on the model, and can be used with water- or oil-based coolants. Each comes with two quick-change, large-capacity filter bags, a machine installation kit, and a two-year parts warranty.
