Schmidt will feature its Class IV laser designed for larger part-marking applications that make enclosing the laser impractical. According to the company, the laser speeds up the marking process because there is no need to open and close a cabinet door.
The laser features a compact baseplate of 30" × 18", enabling integration into a range of applications. The fiber laser is available in the company’s standard wattages ranging from 10 to 100 W. A PC-based software package is included. The laser is suitable for use in industries including aerospace, automotive, electronics and hand tools.
