Technifor’s LaserTop benchtop enclosure accommodates the company’s entire range of Nd: YV04 (YAG) and fiber lasers, and can be customized with options such as a programmable Z axis, focusing diode, motorized door, locks, T-slot table, benchtop protection, additional fume extractor inlets and a Class 4/Class 1 key. It features a streamlined, metallic, CDRH Class 1 workstation measuring 25" × 23.5" × 30.5" that fits on a standard workbench or table. A large, U-shaped, vertical-movement door is designed to ease loading/unloading parts, and a 22" × 22" × 14" marking chamber has an embedded light and can accommodate a rotary device or tag feeder.
The enclosure features an attached, hand-held controller that enables the operator to drive the Z-axis, the embedded work-area light, the fume extractor and an optional automatic door. Safety features include a tight, rubber door seal; sensors and anti-trap systems; a large IR L6 viewing window; and an emergency stop on the remote control.
