Prima Power Laserdyne’s Laserdyne 606D laser processing machine is composed of two independent laser machines within a single unitized structure, which can be operated by one person to increase throughput. The machine uses high-power QCW fiber lasers and two Laserdyne S94P controllers, which are designed to provide integrated control of the laser, motion, process gases and process sensors in both workstations. According to the company, these features can enable three times the throughput of previous systems. Applications for the machine include cutting, welding and drilling.
