The company’s solid carbide mini-boring bars feature diameters ranging from 0.015" to 0.045", and they are fluted to retain maximum strength. All bars are available with a 1/8" shank diameter and 1 1/2" OAL. Minimum hole depths range from 0.015" to 0.045" and maximum depths range from 0.050" to 0.300". All tools are in stock with or without TiAlN coating.
The company also offers an array of thread mills, specialty end mills, single-point tools and port tools made from submicron carbide and HSS. All tools are engineered for high performance and ground to tight tolerances, the company says.
