The Mistkop mist collector from Aget Manufacturing captures mist particles generated from metal machining, grinding and sawing before they are dispersed to reclaim lubricants and return clean air to the workpieces. The system’s large, high-efficiency, no-spin filters help to eliminate vibrations and the use of horsepower. Filters only need to be changed every three to six months and are said to be easy to replace.
Two mist collector styles are available. The “U” style features an angle iron base with the motor and fan located blow the filters, and can be housed on the floor or caster-mounted. The suspended style is structured with the motor on top and the mist filter below. Suspended collectors can be suspended or wall-mounted and are well-suited for filtering mist generated by processes such as wet grinding and CNC machines.
