Rush Machinery is showcasing the BMT200-OP140 balancing machine,
designed for the balancing of mounted grinding wheels, wheel packs and cutting tools. It is said to lead to approximately 95% imbalance reduction. With one to two plane options available, this machine can increase efficiencies, extend tool life and improve part finishes, according to the company.
The BMT200-OP140, along with the company’s other lines of production and support machines, are targeted toward industries that use diamond and CBN wheels and work with carbide and other hard materials.
