Seco Tools will display small-diameter cutting tools designed to increase productivity and provide longer tool life for mold machining. Available in diameters from 1" to 5", the Double Octomill-05 face milling cutter is suited for small machines and applications requiring maximum depths of cut of 0.118". Inserts provide 16 numbered cutting edges to minimize cost per edge and per part. Insert pockets feature 8-degree negative angles for using double-sided inserts, while inserts use positive rake angles to minimize power consumption.
Other products to be highlighted include Seco's Square 6-04 shoulder milling cutters for general machining on small and medium milling machines, and High Feed 2 milling cutter for pocketing, ramping, helical interporlation, facing, contouring, slotting and plunging applications.
