E-Z Burr Tool Company extends its standard, high-performance “Small Hole” carbide series to deburr hole diameters ranging from 0.125" to 0.25" (3.2 to 6.35 mm). The carbide tool is designed for hard-to-machine materials and exotic applications such as high-temperature alloys. The tool works well in cast iron, mild steels and various other applications, the company says.
A carbide insert is attached to a HSS flex arm with a “dovetail” fit so no other mechanical fasteners are needed. The company says the one-piece flex arm can be changed as easily as an HSS blade. The company also offers a variety of insert styles to handle the full range of cutting conditions.
