YG-1 has announced a Blue Ring Tap lineup promotion featuring 28 different tap bundles. The bundles include spiral-flute and spiral-point taps in inch and metric sizes.
According to the company, each bundle offers users three ways to save time and money: lower cost per hole through optimized geometry and YG-1’s Hardslick coating providing longer tool life; higher productivity in HSS-PM material through smoother chip evacuation; and the tap’s ability to handle greater spindle speeds.
Each kit (regardless of configuration) features an additional carbide Dream-series drill sized for the taps provided in the bundle. Each tap bundle comes as a six-pack in a durable foam-mounted display cup.
The promotion for the Blue Ring Tap bundles will end in June 2019.
