Breton SpA offers its Matrix 1000 Dynamic gantry-type vertical machining center with axis strokes measuring 3,000 × 6,000 × 1,000 mm. The machine enables high-precision production of structural components on five continuous, interpolated axes. The machine’s electrospindle provides a power rating of 70 kW and a maximum rotation speed of 28,000 rpm. For work with difficult materials, the Matrix 1000 has a comprehensive enclosure system and integrated vacuum system which also aids processing chips and other residues. The machine is equipped with a 180-position tool magazine.
