Flow International’s DynaBeam laser sensing system for waterjets maps the state of materials, reducing the need for manual adjustment and helping to improve accuracy.

Knuth Laser-Jet 1512 and 2512 laser cutting machines can be equipped with either a CO2 or fiber laser to handle a range of applications. They are best suited to single-part and small-batch production.

Trumpf’s TruLaser Cell 3000 enables cost-effective laser cutting and welding of both 2D and 3D components. The laser’s focal point can be easily matched to the thickness of sheet metal and its diameter can also be expanded, which the company says is particularly useful in welding operations.

Wardjet’s WardKit waterjets are a kit form of the company’s WardJet Emerald series. The kit waterjets feature components that are virtually identical to the Emerald waterjets but at a cost savings of as much as 40 percent.

The Laserdyne 430 series laser cutting systems are available with three to six axes and can be equipped with Prima Power Laserdyne’s BeamDirector for advanced motion and process control capabilities.
