With 11 machines in its booth, MC Machinery Systems is exhibiting a diverse range of machining solutions. Equipment on display includes wire and sinker EDM, milling machines, and a 3D printer, plus two robots (one from Mitsubishi and one from Erowa). All machines will be under power and running some type of demonstration or simulation.

 Notable displays include:

• The Mitsubishi MV4800 wire EDM, which has an option that enables it to handle parts up to 32 inches in height. The MV4800 at the show is loaded with a 32-inch-high workpiece, with the machine skimming the top to demonstrate this capability.
• The Roku-Roku Android precision machining center, which uses linear motor technology and is capable machining carbides, lens molds, jig grinding and other challenging applications.
• The five-axis OPS Ingersoll Eagle V550, which is designed for high performance and precision accuracy in multi-axis applications, hard milling, high-speed machining and graphite manufacturing. 
• The new wire-fed Mitsubishi AZ600 hybrid DED machine will be running demonstrations showing the process of making a golf putter, which visitors can test on an in-booth putting green.

Additionally, the company is showcasing a new method for grinding wheel dressing using wire EDM, which National Wire EDM Product and Application Manager Mike Bystrek says can make a grinding wheel last six to 10 times longer than conventional dressing methods.

Overall, marketing manager Mary Maguire says MC Machinery Systems wants to show it is one source for all machining needs. Representatives from sales, financing and support are all available in the booth. Remote360, the company’s machine monitoring and support platform, is also represented, as is MC Fastening Solutions, a new division the company introduced a few months ago, which focuses on servo press and nutrunner fastening systems.
