MecSoft Forms Partnership with RoboDK

MecSoft Corp., a developer of CAM software, has announced a partnership with , maker of RoboDK simulation software for robot machining and offline robot programming. This partnership will enable users of MecSoft’s CAM products to transfer 2½- through five-axis tool paths to RoboDK to create robot-specific control code. RoboDK software supports a library of over 500 robot arms and more than 50 different robot controllers. 

“MecSoft’s CAM users can now program industrial robots for robot machining using RoboDK in just a few clicks,” says Albert Nubiola, president and CEO of RoboDK Inc.

“RoboDK is a great addition to MecSoft’s product portfolio which enables us to adapt our milling solutions for robotic milling applications,” says Joe Anand, president and CEO of MecSoft. “This partnership is one more step in our constant efforts to meet our stated goal of providing powerful and affordable CAM software solutions to the manufacturing industry.”
