The Walther Trowal ZM 01-ECO Centrifugal Effluent Cleaning System cleanses wastewaters of abrasives, metal fines and oils after the finishing process and prior to draining or recycling. The machine's direct drive motor generates 2,150 Gs of centrifugal force to separate processed water from solid sludge. The system has a robust aluminum drum construction with an electrogeneratory brake for wear resistance and drum braking that produces an average stopping speed of 20 seconds. Clean water discharges directly to vibrators by clear water nozzles, while residual water is removed to the mud water tank by evacuation holes in the drum bottom.
