Available from Emuge, circle-segment cutters are designed to remove more material in fewer passes in five-axis machining. The tools feature unique forms with large cutting edge radii to provide deeper axial cutting during pre-finishing and finishing operations. Available geometries are said to be ideal for moldmaking applications and for machining turbine blades, impellers and blisks.
