Phase-A-Matic’s static and rotary phase converters are designed for running three-phase 220-V machine tools and motors from single-phase 220-V power. The converters can be used with lathes, mills, grinders, saws, welders, conveyors, hydraulic pumps, heaters, ovens and other metalworking machines.
The static converter enables one motor to run at approximately two-thirds rated horsepower and is effective for lightly loaded machines and tools. The heavy-duty version is designed for frequent starting, instant reversing and jogging, if required.
The rotary converter is suited for multiple motor or heavy-load machinery with long, heavy starting cycles, and resistive load equipment that requires true three-phase power.
A CNC PAC is also available to provide three-phase power with voltage stabilization for use on sensitive CNC equipment.
