Blohm’s Planomat HP 412, available from United Grinding, is an efficient grinding machine that offers fast infeed speeds and accelerations. Options include a measuring probe, separate vertical grinding spindle and a fourth axis, enabling the user to individualize the system. The grinding machine can serve as a universal machine for individual and small-batch production or as a cost-effective, customized production machine.
The operator interface enables quick and easy operation and can be individually adapted to the respective task, from simple workshop programming, to die/mold and production applications. This ensures optimal utilization of the machine's capacity and increases productivity in the long term, the company says.
The Planomat HP 412 is available in combination with automated loading concepts with both conventional or collaborative robots. With the unattended loading and unloading concept, customers can reduce their auxiliary times and further increase output. Higher levels of automation also increases process reliability and reduces reject rates and downtimes.
