Weiler Abrasives Group is showcasing its industrial grinding products, including organic rough grinding wheels, vitrified precision grinding wheels, and diamond and CBN super abrasive products. Applications include surface grinding, gear grinding, creep-feed grinding, roll grinding, centerless grinding, crankshaft grinding and foundry grinding applications.
The products are designed to meet specific application needs and to maximize performance. They are supported by the Weiler Process Solutions (WPS) program, which provides customers with application assistance and process development solutions to address tough cleaning, machining, grinding and deburring or finishing challenges.
The Nylox line of brushes for tough automated deburring applications are also on display. They feature a high degree of compliance for conforming to parts with complex shapes.
