The company offers its next generation of waterjet pumps, the Streamline Pro ultra-high-pressure (UHP), 90,000-psi (6,200-bar) pump. According to the company, the pump is the alternative solution for professional manufacturers that require exacting performance and exceptional value. With high waterjet pressure, the advanced 60-hp pump is produced with one intensifier, which is intended to deliver a reduction in operating costs by cutting products in less time than conventional waterjet systems. The pump’s threaded, stud design uses hydraulic tension for ease of maintenance, and the pump is downward compatible to 60,000-psi operational pressure when less waterjet force is needed.
Software features include remote access and networking of multiple pumps to increase productivity based on manufacturing requirements. The pump offers the flexibility and versatility needed in just-in-time production schedules, the company says. Along with multiple language controls, dual pressure compensator and other standard features, the pump is supported by an OEM network of localized technical support.
