Distributed by YMT, Quaser’s HX series of CNC HMCs are available in range of capacities. The machine features pallet sizes ranging from 19.7" to 31.5"; 15,000-rpm, 40-hp spindles; and as many as 240 tools in the ATC. The machine also offers 290 psi coolant through spindle, chip wash down, dual chip augers, a chip conveyor and more.
The machining centers are equipped with one-piece T-base frames designed for high rigidity, travel columns for high static and dynamic accuracy, and roller linear guides for high position accuracy.
